Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from copyright holders for reproducing any illustrations, tables, figures or lengthy quotations previously published elsewhere.

 

Foreign language items

Items listed in the references that were published in a language other than English will be listed as originally published and without translation. Any foreign language item in the text (e.g. the title of a book: a quotation) should be followed by an English translation (to be supplied by the author of the article).
